Not far from the train station, this hotel offers great value for money overall. The rooftop pool is perfect for kids to burn off energy, and you can do laundry for free. My only suggestion would be to focus on a couple of evening meal options and make them more refined, as they felt like a 'poor man's version' of breakfast.

Our family trip with the kids was a terrible experience, with serious safety hazards! The non-slip performance of the hotel corridor tiles was severely substandard. There was standing water on the floor for a long time that no one promptly cleaned up. I slipped and fell directly, resulting in bruises on my knee and big toe. After I fell, the staff's attitude was very cold. They simply helped me up, but throughout the whole process, no one proactively checked my injuries, offered first aid supplies, or had any management personnel come to express concern or follow up. It wasn't until I complained to the Ctrip platform that someone brought a spray and simply sprayed my knee twice. Immediately after spraying, they took the bottle away, unwilling to even leave a bottle of Yunnan Baiyao for the injured person in case of an emergency. Public commercial venues are inherently required to have basic anti-slip protection for their floors. These hotel tiles became extremely slippery when wet, and the cleaning patrol was inadequate, allowing water to accumulate, thus posing a significant safety risk. After the accident, the emergency response was perfunctory and the service was cold, completely failing to fulfill the operator's safety assurance and rescue obligations.

The hotel's location is good and convenient for getting around. I booked this hotel because I saw online that it was newly renovated, but after checking in, I was quite disappointed. First, upon entering the room, the shower door was broken and almost fell off, which could easily injure someone. I called for a maintenance person to fix it. I asked him to replace the door clip with a new one, but he insisted on trying to repair it. After a long time, he couldn't fix it properly. The hotel staff then moved me to another room. However, when I went to shower, the large towel I used had holes in it; it was torn. I then complained at the front desk. What kind of 'newly renovated' place is this when everything is broken...? The entire experience was extremely poor and not worth 780 yuan per night.

The hotel's facilities were all quite good, and our first day was pleasant. However, on the second day, we encountered two 'surprises' when we went for breakfast: 1. I brought my small poodle to breakfast, and the restaurant staff informed us that pets were not allowed and politely asked us to sit at a small table outside for coffee. Yet, the hotel claims to be pet-friendly and had charged a 100 yuan pet fee beforehand. The hotel also never informed us that guests with pets would be treated differently during meals. Later, we even learned from the hotel management that no such policy existed. We felt discriminated against and treated unfairly. 2. I asked the kitchen staff twice to cook rice noodles but received no response. On the third inquiry, the person loudly replied, 'I can't hear you,' clearly working with an attitude. This made us strongly question the professionalism and service awareness of the kitchen staff, and we worried if the food they prepared might be affected by their emotional state. We promptly reported these issues to the front desk, and the manager on duty took our feedback seriously. After an investigation, the manager informed us that the responsible staff members had been disciplined to varying degrees. We appreciate the hotel management's objective approach and their willingness to address the issues without favoritism. We are also grateful for the front desk staff's continuous patience and meticulous service. The two stars given for service were well-earned by them.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. They even offer a free Mercedes van shuttle service to the train station. Since it's a relatively new hotel, the rooms, though not huge, have brand new facilities and are incredibly clean and tidy. They also provide a late-night snack service. The front desk staff are very patient and helpful, always ready to answer any questions.
