There are obvious deficiencies in service and management. There is a long distance between each building of the hotel, and the signage of each building in the courtyard is not obvious. Many guests asked for directions; there is no receptionist at the entrance of Yunyuan Building, and there is no sign of the location of the stairs (especially the stairs on another side of the building). corner); moreover, there is no elevator in Yunyuan Building. The layout of Yunyuan Building is a bit inn-style, but not high-grade; the room windows are in the corridor, and the bathroom windows face the outside of the building. Especially in this layout, the floors are low and safety needs to be checked. The window in this room was not closed tightly, so it was cold at night. When I called the front desk, they didn't know how to use the curtains, and they had to send a waiter to check on site, which was a bit unprofessional. The bathrobe didn't look very clean. At least it wasn't neatly stacked or packed in plastic bags. The toilet paper was not prepared and someone was sent to deliver it after a phone call. This building requires going to the front desk of Tsinghua Pool next door to go through the formalities, which is not convenient. It makes people feel that Yunyuan Building is a dormitory building for followers or employees. The front desk service quality of the VIP building is not high; the front desk of Qinghua Pool is very good at answering the phone, but the service awareness of telephone communication is poor (perhaps it is a management problem), but after leaving the hotel, the phone to ask for a water bill is still very timely and thoughtful; The assistant manager in the lobby is quite professional. Overall, this experience was extremely poor.

常來的一家酒店，環境很好，青葱樹木、綠水環繞，處處鳥語花香。前台小姑娘高園服務熱情，待人親切，辦理入住專業快速，不錯。房間衞生乾淨，床鋪舒適，可以睡個好覺。

房間門口就是花園，環境很好，室內水是温泉，這個很好。就是房間送的室外温泉很一般，衹開了兩個很小的池子，更衣室和浴巾也沒有，要在房間換衣服，穿房間裏的浴袍出來，不安逸。

酒店環境挺好的，四百元左右一晚，又可以游泳又可以泡温泉，性價比很高。房間也很智能化，配的茶和咖啡很好喝。唯一的缺點是浴室漏水，漏到衞生間和房間。

環境很好，但沒有時間享受。臨時決定出差，會議人多，沒有訂到心怡的房型。下次再享受吧！

園林式酒店，環境很不錯。我住的雲苑是庭院風格，獨立的院落。前台服務也很不錯，高園服務温馨。房間設施也很完善，智能化。
