房間挺整潔的，就是小了點，其它都挺好的，就是那個吹風機感覺是爛的，用會兒就不運作了，要等會才能繼續吹，衹有熱風，冷風也沒有。還有就是房間隔音不太好。

以前的如家酒店分店改建的，位於官渡區和平村裡麪的小巷子裏。酒店旁邊還有間雲南中醫學院的研究生住宿樓。居民小區裏面的酒店，環境還是很清靜，住着感覺一點兒也不吵。房間比較小，衞生間做到了乾濕分離，衞生也還是不錯。分店設施設備齊全，每天還贈送兩瓶礦泉水。周邊交通便利，分店距離昆明火車站也很近。吃飯購物都很方便，住着感覺還是挺舒服的，值得推薦。

房間很乾凈，在小區樓附近，比較安靜。離昆明火車站比較近，從塘子巷地鐵站出來就是鐵朋小鍋米線。很方便。
