Very nice boss and the location is very good. If you are not used to Kunming winters it may be a tad cold for some.

The location is great, a ten-minute walk from the subway station and not far from the pedestrian street.
The room is large and clean, and the facilities are good. However, the water in the bathroom is a bit slow.
There are a lot of places to eat nearby. I recommend the Lao Dian Village across the road. The food is delicious and there are performances. You can also visit the farmer's market nearby downstairs.

出來玩兒，住宿一定要乾淨整潔寬敞舒服，地理位置也不能離景區太遠。附近還有好多美食供我們選擇，愛了愛了。經過多家對比後，選擇了他們家。價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這是優點，打掃的非常乾淨。佈置的簡約大方，有到家了的放鬆感。床單被罩都是一客一換。特別特別特別好的一次住宿體驗，必須好評，前台很耐心的幫我查詢路線，態度很好，很熱情
