Attentive staff. But we only stay for 1 short night. So far so good.

Hotel is nice and Staff are very nice and helpful , I would like to special highlight to all future visitors as thank you to them. we have landed airport midnight 2.30am , we call to hotel and ask for hotel pick up . They arrived within 15 min after my call without allowed me to wait long time in front of airport at midnight we are very happy and thankful for the fast action , 100 mark to driver although there are only 2 of us. 2nd days morning when we check out from hotel , where receptionist aware i having booking problem on using my Wechat pay for Didi (taxi booking) , she willing to book for me without doubt. I feel so warm for her help for my China trip this years.

The location is only 10 min from the airport. It's a good choice if you only stay for transit as it is far from everywhere else. Nearby the hotel, there many restaurants and one big convenient shop. The breakfast is very local style and minimalist. Therevis no tea or coffee. But you can order noodle. Service is great. Receptionist is friendly. We got a pack of tea as a gift. Room is spacious and clean. Amenities are complete. Shower and toilet are separated. Basin is outside the shower, which is great.

Near airport and some restaurants. Nice rooms, clean.

😀I’ll start with the positive. Although no one at the front desk could speak a lick of English, everyone did their part in trying to assist me, from arranging pick up from the airport, because I landed quite late at night, to check-in. The staff were all warm and friendly and really tried to accommodate me to the best of their abilities. They get an A for effort. The room was spacious. I liked the floor design of the hotel entrance. It adds some character to the hotel. Check-out at this hotel is 2pm. That’s also a plus. ☹️ check-in took forever and a day. Mainly because the young gentleman at the front desk was new and had never dealt with checking-in a foreigner before my arrival. We had to do the check-in process twice. The corridor and room had a lingering musty smell which my nose refused to acclimate to. The room was really cold. Even after the young lad tried to fix the heat. It just didn’t make a difference in the temperature. I could not and did not sleep at all, because I was so cold. Overall the stay was ok. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff kind of made up for the cold bedroom. I’m not sure if I would stay here again, but if was doable for one night.

Last minute booking from an overnight near the airport. The hotel offers 24/7 airport pick up/drop off. They were helpful to arrange for a foreigner and the hotel had everything you need to rest for a few hours before an early flight. Would stay here again if needed. Thank you to all the staff.

The theme hotel has very good accommodation conditions. The rooms are spacious, the decoration is elegant and tasteful, and the cost performance is very high. The front desk service is warm and generous, free airport pick-up and drop-off, and tea souvenirs are given. There is also a tea tray in the room, and the tea is good. All five points are good.

This is my second stay, and I am still very satisfied with the hotel. It is worth mentioning that the overall decoration of the hotel highlights the theme of tea culture, not only from the lobby to the decoration and furniture of the room, but also the room is equipped with tea sets and tea trays, and a small box of big tree tea leaves is given for free for guests to taste, which is worth a thumbs up!

🆓Free airport pick-up. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The room is relatively large, breakfast is included, tea is given upon check-in🍵, and check-out can be done at 14:00 at the latest. The decoration of the hotel is very distinctive.

I stayed here once before and found the environment to be very good. This time, I came back from a trip to Chengdu and chose this hotel again. The WiFi speed is very fast, the environment is beautiful and quiet, and the front desk service attitude is very good. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The transportation is convenient, it is very close to the airport, and there is free airport pick-up service. There are many types of breakfast. My favorite is their rice noodles, which are very delicious 😋. I forgot to take a picture of the rice noodles this time. I will choose this hotel again next time I come here 😁

This hotel is just like its name. It feels like a paradise. It is very quiet and comfortable! We got off the plane in the early morning. We contacted the hotel a few days before arrival to find out how to pick us up. They responded quickly and carefully. It was great! Then the sisters at the front desk were so enthusiastic and kind! They taught me how to use WeChat to call Didi and told us what the normal price is. Finally, I want to say that this hotel is really great! Clean, spacious and comfortable!

Because we had to take a flight, we booked a family room. The room was large and clean. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers free airport pick-up and drop-off services. The breakfast needs to be improved!

The overall price/performance ratio is very high. It is very close to the airport. You can make tea in the room, and they also give you a set of tea. They also send you to the airport for free, which is very considerate. It is worth staying again. I will stay at their place again next time I pass through Kunming.
