I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our trip to Kunming because I wanted somewhere that would keep the kids entertained, but also be suitable for celebrating our wedding anniversary and a birthday. I chose this place primarily for the bathtub in this room type and its convenient location. However, once we arrived, I was truly impressed by how comprehensive the amenities are. From meals to entertainment, and catering to both children and adults, everything is taken care of. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive. The biggest surprise was the handwritten birthday card – in this digital age, a handwritten card really warms the heart. We booked two nights, and we didn't even leave the hotel for one of them; we spent the entire day there with the kids and never got bored. My children are already talking about coming back again.

The overall environment is excellent, including the hot springs, baths, and the pool. It's a great place for families and friends to visit, and perfect for a relaxing long vacation. The hotel service and overall environment are also commendable.

The room facilities are complete, and it's clean and tidy. The stay was very pleasant, and the front desk service was also great. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The rooms have a lovely Southeast Asian style, and the hot springs are great too. It's perfect for a family trip with kids and seniors, and it's close to Kunming Station. There's a buffet inside, so you can spend the whole day there without even needing to go out. The soundproofing is good, and the service is excellent – warm and polite.

Two nights, three days, with hot springs and breakfast – quite a good package. This must be a well-known hotel. The rooms are well-maintained, and there are plenty of hot springs and water play areas. A relaxing two-day getaway.

We chose a two-bedroom suite with our family here. The hotel facilities are quite old overall, and we stayed for three or four days. It's an older hotel, and while you can still see its past glory and the essence of its design, the overall color scheme and facilities now feel dated. However, the front desk and butler service were excellent, almost always accommodating our requests. Overall, we were satisfied. The downstairs pool, kids' play area, and even the evening entertainment were all pretty good. The outdoor hot spring was our favorite part, but unfortunately, it rained, so we only got to go once.
