Very close to Dianchi Lake, just opposite the hotel. Bread provided by hotel everyday to feed the Seagulls is very convenient for taking photos with the Seagulls

My experience with Lakeview hotel was very comfortable and I enjoyed lake side walk with so much cleanliness and greenery.

The hotel is about 10km away from the city center. It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions.

Nicely appointed relatively small hotel with excellent customer services at every level. Conveniently located on the fine golf course, near the lake and several major Kunming's attractions. Great breakfast with very satisfying food choices.

Hotel in great location, excellent spot for access to the Lake and Yunnan Nationalities Village. Room quality is a little dated. Some nice touches upon arrival with fruit in the room. Checkin service was very good. Breakfast options simple and satisfying. Very nice outdoor setting for breakfast adjacent to golf course.

This trip was a small loop in southeastern Yunnan. Kunming was the starting point and the end point, and I stayed at Lake View Hotel at both ends. When I returned to Lake View Hotel, the front desk took the initiative to help upgrade to a parent-child suite, which greatly improved the stay experience. The suite is very large. The entrance hall faces the large living room. There is a dining bar area on the left side of the entrance hall, with a sink and a bar. There is a small basin on the side of the sink, where you can wash cups and fruits. There is a capsule coffee machine on the countertop, which provides capsules and tea bags, cups, plates, and knives and forks. It is very satisfactory for a coffee party like me. The welcome fruit is very fresh. There is a bedroom on each side of the living room with an independent bathroom, both of which are very spacious. Because the living room is separated, the two bedrooms are not disturbed, which is very good. There are independent small balconies outside the living room and the two bedrooms, facing the golf lawn, with tables and chairs for sunbathing, chatting and drinking tea, which is comfortable. The toiletries are L'Occitane. There are also additional children's products in one bedroom, which is very thoughtful. The entire suite is simple and elegant, making people feel at home. I am still willing to stay at Lake View next time I come to Kunming.

The room is very clean and the location is very good. You can go out to Dianchi Lake and feed the seagulls directly. The hot spring is also very comfortable, especially the breakfast, which is of good quality. You must order a bowl of rice noodles

This trip to Kunming Lakeview Hotel was perfect. The room was spacious and bright, with all the necessary facilities and high quality. The staff was friendly, the service was meticulous, and they responded to every request. It was very convenient to feed the seagulls near the Haigeng Dianchi Dam. Here, both the body and mind were greatly relieved and satisfied, and I really like it!

The first meal in Kunming was the rice noodles provided by the hotel. It was very impressive and delicious. There was a male waiter wearing glasses in the restaurant who served the details in place. I would like to give him special praise. The hotel is right next to Dianchi Lake and is convenient for travel.

The location is very good. This time I took my mother who is over 80 years old. We also ate in the hotel, which is very convenient. Two hot spring tickets and 2 breakfasts were given when booking a room. Because my sister and mother checked in, there were three of us, so the hot spring tickets and breakfast were given three times, which I think is better. When I went out to watch the gulls, I was given European food. After breakfast in the morning, I went to the backyard to see the golf course. Their golf course cannot be walked around. Well, I walked along Dianchi Lake to Haigeng Dam in the morning and took a taxi back. The hotel's free transportation can only go to the ethnic village, not to Haigeng Dam. The hotel is not far from Haihong Wetland Park. If you encounter a traffic jam, you can walk a distance in the direction of Haihong Wetland Park. There is no traffic control and you can take a taxi without traffic jams.

Came to Kunming on a business trip. It's right next to Dianchi Lake, and it's very convenient to see the scenery. It's an old hotel, and the facilities may not be so new, but the service is really good. Fruits and flower cakes are delivered every day. Kunming suddenly cooled down during the few days of staying. I asked the front desk if there was ginger tea or something, and soon a pot of hot ginger tea was delivered to our room. As for transportation, it's far from the subway entrance, but it's very convenient to take a taxi.

Opposite the hotel is Dianchi Lake. It was fun to feed the red-billed gulls along the way. It was very comfortable to take a hot spring bath after returning. The breakfast was rich and the hotel staff was very considerate.

The location really has nothing to say! When you go out and cross the road, you will find Dianchi Lake, and behind it is the golf course. Feeding the seagulls and soaking in the hot springs are really relaxing! Their breakfast is also very good! Still very satisfied! You can stay here next time.
