The room was great, and the front desk service was excellent. I'm very satisfied. It was clean, hygienic, and quiet.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly attentive and helpful. This place offers amazing value for money – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I stay here every year, and I booked a room for a friend in June. The check-in staff were all disorganized, and we patiently waited for them to finish. When my friend asked a few questions, the staff became impatient and even rolled their eyes. The environment isn't as good as it used to be, and the facilities haven't been updated. I really don't know what the staff are so arrogant about. I was thinking of just letting it go, since the staff here used to be very nice. But when the staff asked about the deposit at check-out, they didn't say anything and just impatiently said, "Just leave, we'll refund you." I won't come here again; I have to put up with the staff's attitude every time I come.

The room felt very oppressive. My scalp was covered in dandruff after washing my hair with shampoo.

Except for the front desk service, I can't find any reason to give good reviews. It's not necessary. I don't recommend staying.

酒店還不錯，因為距離朋友家比較進，所以預訂這個酒店，酒店樓下還有很多吃的，非常不錯！房間也乾淨，酒店有空調！

主要是看重環境選擇的，剛開始刷到就毫不猶豫地訂下了，到酒店後實物跟照片也是一致的。因為過生日特意選了一個套房，非常復古又很出片！衞生真的沒得説，找不出任何毛病，床品也很新，拖鞋很舒適，牙刷很好用，還有各種泡沫洗手液和洗衣液這些小細節也很加分，不過要是再配備一個一次性馬桶墊就更好了。設施各方面都很齊全了，沙發和床品還有衣櫃都很高質，很高級很有質感，整體的裝修風格真的很喜歡，無論是酒店大堂外觀還是內部，房間和走廊都很美式很高端大氣上檔次，還有服務也非常棒，從入住到退房遇到的每一個服務員都非常熱情周到，又很貼心，已經介紹給好幾個朋友了，以後有機會一定還會選擇這裏！ 不過有個建議是這個套房的沙發坐墊有一個角的墊子破了，有條件的話還是建議翻新一下，不過其實沙發沒怎麼坐，有沙發墊也不是很能看得出來，也不是有多大影響。 強烈推薦的還有一點就是酒店房間有煙霧報警器！！！！！因為個人特別討厭煙味，酒店這個設計可以完全保障房間的無煙環境，真的超級加分！！！

酒店環境挺不錯的，管家婧婧也很貼心，很熱情的服務我們，酒店的風格很漂亮，住起來很舒服，而且門口的停車位都是免費的，自駕或者打車過來也很方便。酒店外面也有種餐廳和吃夜宵的地方，如果點外賣的話也有機器人送到房間門口，服務很周到。早餐是在一樓吃的飯，餐廳的餐質量挺不錯的，中餐西餐都有，營養也挺豐富的，酒店工作人員退房時服務也很貼心，是一次不錯的體驗，我和我的家人入住後感覺很好，又再次下了後天的續住訂單。這次出行入住這個酒店感覺很好！
