This is my go-to hotel for business trips. It's close to my company, making commutes easy, and offers great value for money. The gym on the 4th floor is well-equipped. The bedding in the rooms is very comfortable, and they even provide a complimentary rubber ducky, which is a lovely touch. Breakfast is abundant, and the Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles on the 2nd floor can easily compete with those at Qiaoxiangyuan. The staff are also wonderful; Jason, in particular, provided excellent service and his food recommendations were delicious.

Avoid this place at all costs! The strong smell of new renovations was overwhelming, and we didn't get a wink of sleep. What we found in the room... just left us utterly speechless.

Considering the price, the facilities and services provided were excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, striking a great balance between warmth and professionalism. This is the ideal choice if you're primarily visiting the wildlife park, offering both convenience and comfort. The only minor downsides were the limited dining options nearby, and it felt a bit isolated when returning late at night. However, if you appreciate a quiet environment for a good night's sleep, it's an excellent option.

The air was incredibly stuffy; I was woken up early in the morning feeling suffocated. I'd already sensed the stuffiness upon check-in. The entire hallway and our room were permeated with a strong renovation smell, which felt quite unhealthy. It seemed the hotel had deliberately sealed all windows and doors – perhaps to contain harmful chemical fumes – making the air even more stifling. My attempts to report the issue went nowhere. On top of that, breakfast was very basic. I had originally intended to stay for several more days, but I quickly decided against it. This was yet another disappointing experience.

Well-appointed facilities and excellent service. The setting, with distant mountains, beautiful architecture, and lush greenery, creates a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. Coupled with Kunming's delightful climate, it's an ideal destination to escape the summer heat.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Both the ambiance and the facilities were excellent. The only minor drawback is that the location is a bit off the beaten path. We really appreciated the complimentary welcome fruit, and my child absolutely adored the complimentary pastries! 😊

The rooms are excellent, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. Our family of four arrived in Kunming around 11 PM. We had booked the hotel in a rush and hadn't realized that the Executive King Room and Deluxe Suite we reserved were on different floors. As we were traveling with two young children, we really hoped to be on the same floor. The front desk manager was incredibly understanding and kindly upgraded us to two Executive Suites. We are so grateful!

I'm so glad I chose this hotel! Stepping into the lobby, I immediately felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a decor that was both simple and stylish. The room facilities were all new; the AC heating worked perfectly, and there was always ample hot water. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, right down to the surprisingly good quality toiletries. Nights were incredibly quiet; I wasn't disturbed at all and slept incredibly soundly. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. It's conveniently located, not too far from the main attractions, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel for a business trip. It's conveniently located near the golf course. The hotel itself has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The service was also excellent. It's a really good choice for anyone traveling for business.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both Yunnan Wildlife Park and Expo Garden. It's also easy to get to from the airport, making it ideal for a first-night stay upon arrival or a last-night stay before departure. Families with children would also find this hotel very suitable.

There was hair in the bathtub, suggesting the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. Breakfast: Breakfast was also a bit simple. The bread items were clearly pre-made, and the juices weren't freshly squeezed – the quality was mediocre, and the selection was limited. The only real highlight was the Ersi noodles, which offered an authentic taste of Yunnan. Service: Service was okay, but it seemed to be a matter of luck.
