JI Hotel (Kunming South Railway Station Yongxin Harvard Center)

It was already night when we arrived at the hotel. I thought the room on the second floor was particularly noisy. I moved to the fourth floor and it was still very noisy. I couldn't sleep until midnight. Finally, I discovered that the bed across the street was wide open. Everywhere in the room is relatively clean, except for the trash can. The bucket lid was dirty and sticky. See picture. The hotel manager has a very bad attitude and is very rude. The breakfast was very average. It was said that the coffee machine was sent for repair and there was no coffee. Packed in the morning, only cartons are provided that cannot be sealed and closed, and can contain almost nothing except cookies and eggs. The waiter who made the hot dishes for breakfast had a very bad attitude and was very impatient. The "excellent" reviews online are in vain. I've been to the All Seasons near Kunming Station, and it's much better than this one.

The house is clean, tidy and comfortable, with complete facilities, very quiet and good sound insulation. The staff are warm and attentive. Rich breakfast. Because I stayed late and left early, I didn’t take photos, maybe next time!

The environment is nice and makes people feel very comfortable. The breakfast variety is very good for a budget hotel, and the reception service attitude is very good!

The sanitary conditions are very good and the front desk service is in place.

提前詢問了住房需求，雖然我沒有要求，但還是給我留了中間安靜的房間，來考試的，本來擔心會吵，但休息得很好～房間衞生打掃的很乾凈～前台也特別熱情！

各地旅行都住全季，這家店的服務是最好的一個。洗衣房姐姐特意幫忙找到了不見的襪子送到門口，跟前台小姐姐要袋子都很大方親切，離開時還送了小朋友禮物🎁。非常好的一家店。
