酒店位置特別好，離海埂大壩五分鐘步行，環境也特別好，酒店內是個靜謐的公園，還有白大鵝超級可愛。酒店的床上用品很乾凈很香，像家裡的味道很安心，連住四晚每天都有晚安小餅乾，安保措施很嚴密。工作人員都是非常漂亮的温柔姐姐，讓我一個人在昆明不會覺得陌生，特別感謝酒店工作人員工號0036的王素馨小姐姐，因為個人原因需要延遲退房，小姐姐幫我解決了問題，非常親切和藹，由此在海埂花園的旅程愉快結束。非常喜歡這裏，希望下次帶爸爸媽媽來住別墅區。

酒店房間裏的餅乾裏竟然吃出玻璃，導致口腔受傷。聯繫酒店，主管無任何服務意識，口氣好像欠她一百萬一樣，分不清她自己是什麼**，口氣十分強硬，拒絕任何賠償，不知道這樣的人怎麼當上酒店主管的？！酒店除了花園大無任何優點。房間高度低，多數房間有煙味，全屋地毯使得煙塵更難清理。早餐簡陋不如200塊的連鎖酒店。什麼都要單獨收費，一張A4紙也要1塊錢，多一瓶礦泉水也要收費。

這個是隨便定的一家酒店，但是超級驚喜，應該是接待領導人的政府酒店，裏面還有一個人工湖，裏面有天鵝和鴨子，還有大魚，孩子超級開心。以後去昆明肯定會繼續定這家。

房間挺大的，衞生乾淨，環境很安靜，距離海埂大壩很近，看海鷗、坐遊船都方便。服務人員很熱情，出行可以叫擺渡車送到大門。總體來説性價比很高。

可以説是昆明環境最好的酒店了吧，沒有之一！與希爾頓、洲際等國際品牌酒店不同的是，這家酒店獨有寧靜與愜意！非常棒的入住體驗，客服人員也非常認真負責。出入隨時都可以請接駁車接送到門口。春節期間入住，沒有感受到人從眾，酒店的寧靜讓我們彷彿置身世外桃源！年夜飯夜也是在酒店吃的，邊看春晚邊吃飯，很温馨。離店時小朋友特意寫了感謝信。總之，很棒的入住體驗！
