Even more surprising was the responsiveness – I called the front desk to request a firmer pillow, and housekeeping delivered it in less than 3 minutes. Efficient and considerate.

The decor has a Wabi-sabi vibe, and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk offers free luggage storage, and they even gave us complimentary afternoon tea, which was a really thoughtful touch. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. It's definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Kunming.

The location is fantastic. There's a charming cafe on the third floor that's part of the hotel – I highly recommend their coffee butter latte and freshly baked pizza. The hotel itself has three floors. It's close enough to walk to shopping, and you can easily find breakfast nearby. Getting to tourist attractions is also very convenient.

The hotel's location is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The only minor inconvenience was that as a first-timer, the landmark might not be precise, and taxis can't drop you right at the building entrance, so you have to walk a short distance. While the ground floor felt small, their unit on the third floor was surprisingly spacious and very well-designed!

The room's overall design is well-thought-out. The windows are double-glazed, so even though the room faces the street, it's not noisy with the windows closed. The bedding is quite comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay!
