Reception staff super helpful. Hotel is conveniently located next to a key shopping mall. I asked for a non smoking room. While it was bit possible to provide hotel staff make sure they put an air purifier in my room to accommodate.

We spent a few nights in this hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was ok, Chinese style. We spent a lot of time in the reception during check-in because the hotel staff didn't speak English, but they were very enthusiastic and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well designed. This hotel is far from the subway, but the location wasn't essential because we used a car to explore the city.

We love our stay in this hotel. The receptionist upgraded our room with an amazing view. The room is very specious. With a 10-15 taxi ride you can reach most places in the city. It's not that far from Dianchi Lake and Yunnan Ethnic Village (all tourist areas). They also have a mini gym and laundry room. Overall, we love our stay here. Even the breakfast is pretty good. The only missing part that they don't have swimming pool.

It was very comfortable to stay for four nights. I like the layout of the room very much. I would like to stay here again if I have a chance to come back in the future. The service is very good. Milk is delivered every night and there is a refrigerator. The location is also very convenient. Wanda is a few hundred meters away. It is the only hotel that I like I still want to stay in this hotel.
