Facilities: Old and basic, very different from the pictures on the platform. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: The room was tiny, truly just a bed right after you stepped in. Once luggage was placed, there was barely any room to walk.

This is a 26-storey residence apartment. No hotel amenity. Take a lift up to 11 floor to meet a lady in a tiny office who process the check-in and hand you a lift access key. The door digital pin will be sent to you via SMS. Room very small, no aircon, no tv. Only projector screen on wall. Location is great, short walking distance to Nanping walking street & Kunming old street.

A 30-square-meter room was awkwardly partitioned into two rooms and a living area. The bathroom was so small only one person could fit, and the sink was leaking. With no bath mat outside, water from the bathroom was tracked all over the room. The facilities were also old and rundown. For 300 a night, these conditions are simply unacceptable... Terrible!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and was overall disappointed with the experience. The room I was given did not match the photos shown online for the special offer — there seems to be a wide variation in room quality, and unfortunately, I was not lucky with the one assigned to me. My room was located on the 11th floor, right next to a kitchen area, which meant it smelled strongly of food throughout most of the day. During my entire stay, no housekeeping was offered — no trash emptied, no cleaning, and not even a single bottle of water provided, which is something you typically expect, even in more basic hotels. To make matters worse, there were ongoing renovations on the floor above, which I was not informed about at check-in. I had to discover it myself once the noise started. The construction workers did not respect standard working hours, so there was loud drilling and banging at unpredictable times. If you’re sensitive to noise or need rest during the day, you should be very careful before booking. On the day of my departure, check-out was at 12:00 PM. At 12:03 PM, someone knocked on my door to remind me to leave, even though I was clearly in the process of packing up. Even if it was my gault for being late of : minutes, I found this quite unwelcoming, especially everything that happened during my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as the service was well below expectations and the experience was not worth the price.

Great location always stay here, good for a night before transit … close to everything you need.

Convenient location with a direct subway line to the airport. Right below the Ginza building, there's a bustling food street that's lively both day and night, with plenty of people. The food and goods are reasonably priced. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is very clean, and a full range of toiletries are provided. When the establishment has promotions, it's genuinely affordable and a great value. The owner's service is also good. For anyone traveling to Kunming, you can confidently check in – it's a great value for money.

I've booked this for friends a few times, and it's genuinely clean and affordable. The value for money is incredibly high right now.

The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed is cozy. Located near Shuncheng Street, just a short walk away. Halal food is easily available. Recommended for all travellers.

It was fairly clean and hygienic, just a bit old. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Have washing machine but there is no place to dry the clothes

Good location to travel round Kunming city. Easy to get foods. Room was small but well equipped. Best if got hook on wall to hang clothes.

No aircond but the rest is fine!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The host was also very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The room was quite clean and offered great value for money.

Around 15 mins to go nanping pedestrian street/Metro. Got washing machine, detergent, aircond, towel, toothbrush set, micellar water, face wash. Hanging clothes indoor on 1-2 May, it dried since we open the window and curtain. Can heard car’s horn lil bit but not frequent. Easy to book didi but confusing to find the apartment because you need to enter the building and go upstairs. Can’t add them in wechat so we stucked and wasting time during arrival. With this size of room for 4 adults, just okay la.
