I was impressed with the room at the hotel. It was so spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The assortment of food at the hotel was also really good. There were so many Chinese and Western choices. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Kunshan.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel.
On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional.
The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room.
It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual.
The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

This is the best in Kunshan Development zone. Clean and elegant lobby. The park beside the hotel is always refreshing.

The food in the Chinese restaurant was great! The other restaurants did not have all options available. The service was okay but not very foreigner friendly. The facilities were underwhelming but a very nice hotel.

The room is big enough, mainly because the bed is big, we feel very comfortable with our children. In addition, the height of the child is just over a little, we pay for it ourselves, but they politely said that it is almost free.
