服務態度極差 訂了房間酒店確認入住以後我們到了跟我們講我們付的錢太少了 不讓住 讓我們退款 我的平台顯示訂單不可取消 不然需要自己承擔所有費用 男老闆和女老闆一起兇得很 非要我退款 讓我聯繫客服 我當時看了客服繁忙 人家讓聯繫酒店處理 那女老闆讓我們退了錢按他們的價格給我開一間 不止一次強調平台顯示不能退款 他們不聽 非要我自己處理 真的是沒見過這種做生意的 顧客下了單都確認完了讓退款也不聯繫要我們大冬天的晚上跑老遠過去才説不讓住 最後報了警 全程男老闆和女老闆態度都極差 一點對消費者的態度都沒有 警察也過來做了筆錄 訂房間的都注意了 別訂了房間跑過去了跟我們一樣的情況 到時候讓你白跑一趟 我這已經是第二次不讓住了 第一次去了好説歹説他們才給開了房間 有圖有真相 自己看吧
