My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

good location near to golden eagle shopping mall & many food shops.

Room is clean w/ large bed & space. Wifi inconsistent signal w/ slow speed. Breakfast foods are mostly cold & not up to normal standard.

Good hotel for a business trip

Because of the business trip, I booked this hotel. The hotel is very close to Kunshan South Station, and it only takes about ten minutes by taxi. It is about ten minutes' walk from Huanghe Road Snack Street and Golden Eagle, which is quite convenient. This is an old star hotel in Kunshan City. Except that the equipment and decoration of the room are a bit old, everything else is available. The most surprising thing is the beautiful front desk lady "He Jiangxin" who checked in on the first day. Maybe it was because I stayed for three consecutive nights. She upgraded me from the original executive king room to the executive suite. The space is really large. Next time I come to Kunshan for business, I will continue to choose to stay here.

The waiters are also evasive. The handmade buns advertised on various TVs are only red bean paste buns, which is very unfriendly to people who control carbon.
