The low price is a real plus, so I hope it doesn't get more expensive.

The hotel is located very close to JR Kurashiki station and also to the Bikan Historical Quarter. There's no shortage of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room I chose was very tight but decent for the price. What I missed was storage room, and also a table or drawers for smaller personal belongings, since my bag and stuff like wallets and phones either had to stay over the bed or on the floor. The hotel could also use a retrofit since the paintings and carpets are showing some age. I did enjoy my stay there but only considering the price I paid and also the fact that I didn't spend much time inside my room. For solo travelers on a budget who are only looking for a bed to sleep at night, this hotel is good enough.

1.. Booked 3 single rooms and room is way too small. hardly any space to walk within and no room for luggage.
2. No toiletries unless purchase from front desk.
3. Kind of surprising to see such offer.

1. They allowed early check-in. It seems they don't always do this.
2. It is true that the room is small, and travelers with a lot of luggage will definitely find it inconvenient. There is no refrigerator. The heating and cooling are very good.
3. The natural light was good, and the room itself was bright.

It was close, a 3-minute walk from the station. It was a 10-minute walk from the Grasiki Bikan District. The location was good. However, the hotel room and bathroom were too small.

I stayed here during my trip using the Seishun 18 Ticket. It was the most expensive, oldest, and smallest hotel I stayed in on this trip. When I made the reservation, I was told I would be on a high floor (3rd to 5th floor), but I was given a room on the 2nd floor.

The old hotel has been renovated; the exterior looks shabby, but the interior is fairly clean.

I stayed in a double room. The room itself was small, but the high ceiling made it feel more spacious than it actually was. It's only about a minute's walk from the station, which is a huge plus. It's also great that you can easily get to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. The price was also reasonable, so I have no complaints.
