The hotel is okay. It certainly keeps some of the old times flair which wouldn’t be a problem if the food quality and prices would match.

Das Hotel liegt in Unterwiesenthal. Den Ortskern in Oberwiesenthal kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel hat die besten Tage schon hinter sich und ist nicht mehr auf dem aktuellsten. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist reichhaltig. Das Abend-Buffet ist mit 26€ pro Person preislich nicht angemessen, doch es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants in der Umgebung. Unser Zimmer war groß und mit Balkon. Das Bad kann eine Modernisierung vertragen und Teppich und Lampenschirm hatten Flecken. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ging es preislich noch in Ordnung. Das Servicepersonal beim Essen ist sehr freundlich und kommt größtenteils aus Tschechien. Das Personal an der Rezeption wird unterkühlt und desinteressiert.

Zeer schoon en ruim opgezet. De kamers zijn echt heerlijk groot. De bedden zijn prima. Het ontbijt is heel goed verzorgd en er is veel keuze. Houd er rekening mee dat voor parkeren €8 per dag wordt gerekend. En het diner buffet is niet aan te raden. Er is zeer weinig keus, al helemaal voor vegetariërs valt er weinig te kiezen. Het dessert was een ijzeren plaat met een paar plakken worst en kaas en 5 mini potjes vruchtenmousse.

Zimmer groß und sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, die Bar für einen Absacker sehr gut, das Kinderspielzimmer könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen, das Personal am Empfang machte leider einen überforderten Eindruck (bei An-und Abreise, Fragen konnten nicht zufriedenstellend beantwortet werden)

Wir waren für einen kurztrip am Wochenende da.
Empfang war super, die Zimmer groß und sauber.
Herrlicher Blick auf den Keilberg und den Fichtelberg.
Frühstück war MEGA!! Nicht zu viel aber das was es gab war sehr gut.
Beste Brötchen die ich jemals in einem Hotel gegessen habe. Ich denke frisch vom Dorfbäcker 👍
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Das Hotel befindet sich in den Ortsteil Unterwiesenthal. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet etwas von der Straße entfernt an einen Feld.Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten All Inclusiv gebucht .Vom Frühstück über Mittagessen,Kaffee und Kuchen bis zum Abendbrot gab es nichts zu bemängeln.Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt und es hat alles gut geschmeckt.Das Personal war freundlich.Nur das Waschbecken in den modernen Bad war zu klein.

Haben hier drei Nächte verbracht und ich muss sagen einfach Klasse vom Personal bis hin zum Chef alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend ständig um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht.Das Hotel hat 89 Zimmer mit verschiedentlicher Bettenbelegung,es gibt auch einen Spa-Bereich mit Sauna da zu noch eine Bar und ein Hauptrestaurant.Sämtliche Speiseangebote waren und sind sehr Schmackhaft mit viel Auswahl so wie täglich wechselnd !!! Die Zimmer haben alle einen Balkon mit schönen Blick die Ausstattung bietet TV,Telefon,Fön Seifenspender viel Stauraum für die Kleidung für 139,- Euro drei Nächte AI wo gibt es den so etwas noch !!!
