Limited English but service wise was amazing. Dinner service and breakfast sessions were in a designated te frame so they can be sure service was attentive! Must try open air bath room if budget allows.

This is super great hotel with good onsen and vibe. Meal is standard but mot very impressive. Private onsen its good but without good view. But still nice to stay here.

The customer service staff at the front desk are polite. The space in the room is smaller than expected and there is a private hot spring. However, it is a bit troublesome to call the front desk to turn on and off the water every time you use it! Breakfast and dinner are included, and the taste is OK. Upon request, there is a separate VIP room for dining. The overall value for money is not high enough.

Although the location is relatively far from Yubata, there is a shuttle bus available. The room is designed in Japanese style, with a semi-open-air bath, overlooking the snow-capped mountains, and a wide view. Although the room terrace is small, it faces the Kusatsu Ski Resort and the view is quite good. The hotel has two public baths and three private baths, which you can enjoy slowly. In terms of catering, breakfast and dinner are substantial and generous. The hotel is generally good, but the overall price is relatively high.

Kusatsu Hot Spring has been the number one hot spring in Japan for many years. The name of this hot spring is more appropriately translated as Garden of Seasons. The hotel is quite large, with 2 public hot springs and three private hot springs, and the rooms also have private hot springs. You can make a reservation for the pick-up and drop-off station service in Karuizawa. The room facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is average. I have stayed in many hot spring hotels in Japan, and this is the first time I encountered a hot spring hotel with such poor service. When I checked in, I didn't even pour a cup of tea, and my luggage was only sent to the elevator, and all the introductions were very, very perfunctory.

The location is remote, but it is very convenient with Shuttle The room is small but comfortable. There is a private bath in the room. The snow scenery is so beautiful The hot spring meal is OK, but the free ramen and popsicles are great.

The location is far away but the environment is really beautiful! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night The room is very big. We chose the one with an indoor hot spring pool. Dinner is also very rich! There is also a late night snack at 11 o'clock - ramen, free of charge

It's very good. The dinner is delicious. The environment is very good. The shuttle bus is also convenient. Very recommended. The hot spring is very comfortable. There are also gifts to buy, but it is more recommended to buy figures in the town. Not used to eating breakfast.

I wrote the review very carefully. The overall experience is pretty good. I have tried all the private soups. The public bathroom is also large and comfortable The amount of food is too big and I can't finish it every time. If the price is more favorable, it will still be good value for money.
