Location was good,big place with a lot of things.Rooms seems old but very clean and have a balcony with nice view.The free hot spring was quiet ,not much people.I was almost using all the time.
Very good experience,definitely recommend.

The place is quiet and clean, the staff are very helpful, there is a shuttle bus to and from the city center and the station, and the hot springs are comfortable. I will definitely arrange to come again next time.

I went with my family. It was the first time I've had a buffet and the kids were thrilled.

This was my first time staying here! There are a lot of families here! When you enter the hotel, it smells a bit bad, probably because of the humidity. It's a long walk to get to our room for my husband and I, who don't have very good knees. There are also a lot of stairs, so it would be nice if there was a barrier-free area. The food is delicious! There are both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, and we were able to relax in the spacious rooms.
