Great service (Free shuttle bus from bus station and we can drop our lugguages at the bus stop and the staff come to bring them to our room superb!!!)

Kusatsu Onsen Hotel. Comfortable and large Japanese-style room and hot spring Rich kaiseki dinner Breakfast is a bit simple The environment is clean and relaxing, the staff are friendly and the service is good.

The service is very good! Very considerate! I missed my appointment date and arrived in Kusatsu area early. The hotel quickly helped me solve the problem and arranged a room for me on the same day. Although the room shape is different, it is still my fault. There is no extra charge. It is very good. I stayed for two nights and the dinner on both nights was different. It was delicious. I checked in. Desserts were also prepared👍🏼👍🏼. Also, this hotel is relatively far away, but if you take the bus to Kusatsu, you can contact the hotel with customer service at the bus station, and the hotel will immediately arrange a shuttle bus pick-up. You must use this service because the road to the hotel is on a slope. 

The price/performance ratio is high, the food and service are excellent, and the rooms are small but well-equipped.

Close to Yubata and the station, the hot spring is great, the waiters are very attentive, the room is clean, and you can enjoy a Japanese breakfast in a beautiful snow scene.

I stayed here for 2 nights on a solo trip! I only included breakfast, but they were considerate enough to make sure that none of the ingredients overlapped with the previous day, and it was delicious☺️ The room was clean and the quality was very high, and the hot spring was great♨️ It's on a hill, so it's a bit tough to walk there, but the Yubatake is nearby and I enjoyed going up and down the mountain many times😊 The express bus from Shinjuku was 30 minutes late and arrived at 11:30pm🚌 I couldn't get a taxi at Kusatsu bus terminal already, so I walked in the dark with my suitcase rattling... I thought I'd take a dip in the hot spring and have a beer as soon as I arrived at the hotel, but there was no alcohol vending machine😖 I regret not doing my research in advance... You can't buy alcohol after the shop closes, so I recommend buying it at a convenience store🍻 It's a small hotel, but I could feel the enthusiasm of the staff who provide attentive service to each and every person! Because we checked in on the last day of a public holiday in Japan, the price should have dropped, it was less than 700, and the room type was upgraded. The overall feeling is that it is a higher level than budget hotels such as Toyoko and Dormy Inn. The hotel is halfway up the mountain next to Yubata in the center of the town. If you don't push your suitcase, it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk, two of which are on a 30-degree slope. I read on the Internet that various hotels have scheduled pick-up and drop-off at Kusatsu bus station. You can check the time at the service center. Since I arrived at 8pm, I looked at the navigation and walked to the hotel. It seemed that it would take less than 20 minutes. When I checked out, I talked to the front desk and arranged for a van to be taken to the bus station. The hotel's own hot spring is quite satisfactory. You can walk to Kusatsu's popular public hot springs Gozanoyu (next to Yubatake), Nishino River Source (in the forest park), and Otō Noyu. Except for the slopes, it is still very suitable for going there. Kusatsu serves as a place to stay while soaking in hot springs.
