Loved this traditional ryokan in kusatsu right next to the hot spring in the city center. They have a private onsen to use for free upon availability which we enjoyed a lot.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast with view to the spring is definitely a highlight.

The location is very close to Yubata, and the staff at the restaurant are very nice. 𡯁The location of the restaurant is great, with a 180-degree view of Yubata, and there are six small dishes for breakfast.
Appetizer - soup, - authentic cold noodles, - rice
Tamagoyaki with grilled salmon
Add jam and cheese for dessert
Such delicious food and beautiful scenery (the room looks out to the snowy scenery) plus hot springs ♨️ are super authentic, and the on-site hot springs can have a private bath and unlimited dips, so you can really relax. Kusatsu is a good place

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. The water temperature of the hot spring pool is just what I like. There is also a private hot spring pool for families. I will stay here again next time I come. The view outside the hotel room is beautiful.

If you want to see paradise, you should spend at least one day here. Fantastic location in the center of the town, friendly service, brilliant food, amazing atmosphere and traditional interiors make this ryokan equal to heaven.
