整體比較滿意 房間很大 前台溝通起來也比較順暢 餐廳也比較多（不説他多好吃吧，但是比第二晚的麗思卡爾頓好太多了）大家如果要二選一，千萬不要住麗思卡爾頓！超級無敵垃圾、

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable.
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy.
It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

二世谷柏悦房間面積很大，一進去是比較舒服的佈局。酒店的歡迎水果是應季的櫻桃，非常可口。沐浴產品都是Lelabo的，護膚的套裝提供的是雪肌精小套盒，很精緻。
酒店的餐廳基本都是融合菜，口味都還不錯。
非常重要的一點，對於我們這種不會日語的遊客，到了一個人人都可以用英文溝通的環境還是方便不少。

非常棒的酒店，就是山景房並不是可以看到羊蹄山的意思，而是雪場的山，客廳裏的沙發是可以展開變成一個大雙人床的。
