I stayed at the Regent Hotel overnight to run in the Gulf Bank Marathon November 2019 (this review is late!). It was a great experience, considering I had never been to Kuwait before. The hotel is close to the waterfront and souq and is in a quiet area. The staff were very helpful when I asked for directions, a taxi, etc. The hotel itself was very clean and all the amenities were available in the room.
