Nice and clean room excellent location

As expected, the price is high and the service is good. I hope to have the opportunity to experience the gym and swimming pool next time.

The service is very good. Due to the evening flight, the hotel check-out time is 16:00. The hotel also provides a free vehicle drop-off service. It is estimated that there should also be a free pick-up service. You can contact the hotel in advance to try.

Excellent choice. Modern, clean, great service. Very well located. The amenities are excellent as well, including a very good quality robe and towels. The included breakfast has great choices and exquisite service. I believe this is a 4-star hotel but feels like 5!

Had a really good stay at Four Points Sheraton in Kuwait. Though it was a very short stay it was very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was having good variety of foods and was really awesome experience.

Modern, clean well equipped hotel. Decent size room and great shower. A good Starbucks in reception but not much choice of restaurants on site or nearby. Breakfast was decent, staff at the hotel helpful and friendly. Not the cheapest but a good central location

I must express my gratitude for the thoughtful gestures that made my stay extraordinary—a welcome back cake, a bottle of Red Grape Non-Alcohol Drink, and a generous fruit platter with a personalized note. Kudos to Mr. Mounir Amer, the General Manager, for maintaining such high standards in his hotel. The commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the stay, including the exceptional service provided by staff members like Nazmul from Housekeeping. I am staying again at this great hotel. The location is perfect for business in the city and the rooms on the high floor have great views over the city. The service here is exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble and even though the rooms are older now, they are perfectly maintained and well appointed. The TV's are not smart but can accept cable connections for broadcasting own content. Breakfast is the highlight for me. A great selection and the croissants are the best in Kuwait.

Hotels is all about the right vibe and soul. This one here ist doing everything right. Fantastic trained staff all over the place.even though the hotel might not me the newest I would always come back because I feel really save, welcome and taken care of

Excellent service, very clean, great location. The only downside is they do not have room to accommodate more than 2 people. I went with my family of 4 (2 young children) and the only room options they have are either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. They were very accommodating and offered to give us a king bed room and add a bed at no charge.
