الفندق عريق واضع انه كان من افخم واقدم فنادق الكويت ، لدلك أجواءه كأنك سافرت بالزمن ، الغرفه حجمها ممتاز وشرحه ومقاس السرر ممتاز والمرتبه مريحه ،، التحكم بالأضاءة من عند السرير مع ان الفندق قديم لكن التحكم بالأضاءه ممتاز والأفياش ثلاثيه ، بعد المغرب يحطون تشوكلت وفاكهة ويقفلون الستاير ، اول مره اشوف فندق يحط سيراي شعر و ديودرانت ومزيل مناكير مجاناً ، طلبت منهم شامبو و ماء وكانت خدمتهم سريعه وبشوشين ، بصراحة الفندق فاجئني ايجابياً .

Such great service! The hotel is not the most modern, but this is made up for by very generous sized rooms, good facilities between it and the neighbouring Four Points, and the highlight is the service. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, quickly speaking to you by name and always recognizing you with a warm smile. Soufiane and the team at the airport are the first friendly face you meet at the airport with the free hotel shuttle, or paid for cars, and then the rest of the stay is always a pleasure. I have stayed before, and will again.
