Absolutely loved it! The room was spacious and comfortable for three people. The decor was modern and minimalist, both beautiful and practical. The location was super convenient too. We were able to visit Shirakawa, Hanamikoji, Sannenzaka, and Ninenzaka early in the morning when there were fewer crowds and the scenery was stunning. I'll definitely be back to the Minn series!

Exceeded expectations! The room was spacious enough and very close to all the attractions. There's a supermarket right downstairs, which was super convenient. The plates, bowls, and cups in the room were all well-stocked and incredibly clean. It's especially suitable for families. A big shout-out to the washing machine – it was really easy to use.

The room is well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. There's no room service, and you have to self-check-in (if you're bothered by this or think you can't manage it, don't book). The surrounding environment is quite nice, located in a quiet alley. The location is excellent, 500m from Keihan Main Line Sanjo Station and 700m from Hankyu Kawaramachi Station. It's very convenient to walk to Yasaka Shrine, Kamo River, and Shijo shopping street. Walking to Kiyomizu-dera and Ninenzaka is also not too far. There are many restaurants nearby, and overall, they feel more 'authentic' than those on Shijo shopping street.

The amenities are plentiful, and the space is very generous, truly making it feel like a home away from home. All the attractions are incredibly close, and you'll find plenty of shopping areas and dessert spots nearby to enjoy. It's so convenient to pop back and rest after exploring the area. Fantastic! They offer seamless self-check-in, with front desk support available if you need anything. I'll definitely be staying here again.

As we were traveling with two children, we opted for a two-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and perfectly suited for a family trip. The hotel features self-service check-in, so I can't really comment on staff interactions. We completed the necessary registration via email beforehand, making check-in incredibly smooth and quick, taking only 2-3 minutes. The hotel is located about 3-4 km from Kyoto Station, which some might consider a bit inconvenient. However, since we took a taxi, we didn't find the distance an issue. It's very close to Hanami-koji and about 2 km from the Kamo River, and the surrounding area is wonderfully quiet. Cleanliness, as expected in Japan, was impeccable – you never have to worry about their high standards for hygiene. Our room also came with a kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals and washing fruits. We also had the opportunity to experience the hotel's private spa and sauna, which were also excellent.
