The room is big and it has all the amenities eg. TV, Big bed, jacuzzi, well equipped toilet, etc. All the toiletries are beyond our needs. Movies are free and breakfast are really cheap. The only drawback is the nearest metro station is 1 km away. But the room is value for money. Highly recommended.

Booked it last minute and didn’t know it was a love hotel! Nevertheless, my stay was good.
Spacious, nice bath, food was decent.
Unfortunately, the room was a quite dusty

For those who are unaware: this is a love hotel.
Unfortunately we've found some marks from previous guests that should've been cleaned up better especially considering the type of hotel.
The reception was very nice. However it was very difficult to talk to the room service, mainly because of the language barrier. We requested an additional blanket only to get bathrobes, after some attempts of clarification our request was just denied.
Due to being a love hotel the location isn't great. Locals avoid the place and its surrounded with, what are presumably, a bunch of other love hotels. The train station is around 15 minutes away.

Inconvenient location (the closest subway station is 20 min walk away).
WIFI didn’t work entire stay, and hotel staff were unable to help it.
Breakfast is not a good value. Skip it and buy something from 7 eleven.
The hotel still uses a physical key to enter the room…in 2025….maybe because they’re aware their internet is not reliable for a key card or a PIN password. During my trip in Japan I stayed in 5 budget hotels. This hotel was the priciest one among all of them, and yet…the physical key.
