The room was tired and borderline shabby. For the price, it didn’t seem to be a good value. There is heritage and then there is just not updating things that should have been updated long ago like the stained carpet. I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff felt the same. The upside was the room was large. But the bathroom was, again, in need of updating and felt shabby. It was a disappointing stay in an otherwise very lovely and comfortable city.

日式庭院風格的住宿，環境很棒，很有氛圍感。酒店晚上還能預**湯，一客一湯，很乾凈，很私密。
每天早晨提供咖啡/糕點，還有日式的各種早飯可以自助，很方便，很好吃。

比起疫情前住的日式旅館略缺祛魅，環境一般，服務差強一人吧，沒有鋪床服務，沒有提供晚餐，關鍵是早餐非常失望，用歐式小臘腸放在日式器皿裏，説實在的對不起這個價格

這家酒店設施確實有點老舊，而且位置在八阪神社附近，除了去清水寺還算方便，但去其他景點或市區交通週轉稍顯麻煩，同價位你肯定能選地段更好，更新的品牌酒店。不過這家酒店的服務做得非常不錯，能感受到日式傳統服務，辦理check out後，店長還會目送你離開，直到你消失在他視野範圍內。並且看在我曬衣服，工作人員還幫我用電扇加快吹乾，如果你看重服務質量，那這家是不錯的選擇。

房間陳舊，小牙膏都幹了，牙刷很硬，WI-FI信號很差。不過位置靠近八阪神社，去清水寺也不遠，服務態度很好很客氣。可能因為祉園祭的緣故，價格不低，性價比不高，不推薦
