Riverside Arashiyama

Because I wanted to immerse myself in the majestic and charming maple leaf season in Arashiyama, I had to stay for four nights. There were no rooms in the Hanadachao and Suilan where I stayed, so I thought, "With the service standards in Japan, I can just find a hotel in a scenic spot." With a mentality of "a few days", I booked this hotel at a price of more than 1,000 RMB per day. There is a reminder that there is no breakfast ~ it means that you have to buy breakfast for the next day before 6pm the night before (99% of the supermarkets in Arashiyama Scenic Area are closed before 6pm). There is almost no room service. What's even more funny is that when I rushed to take the train at 8. yesterday morning, I told the front desk that I had checked out and would come back later to pick up my luggage and go to the airport. ***I came back at 11.30 and took my luggage to get on the bus. I was stopped by the female hotel staff and told me that I had exceeded the time limit. They stipulated check-out at 10 am. I exceeded one and a half hours, so I had to charge 2,000 yen more! **, I explained to her in English like she was teaching kindergarten children, but ** couldn’t understand a word! **After all, he had to rush to Osaka Kansai Airport to take the first-class flight back to Hong Kong, so he solemnly handed her 2,000 yen and then bowed and apologized. I swear I never want to stay in this ******* hotel for one more second!

The quiet location is good, and it is a good choice to see the red leaves in depth without having to run around. The area is quite large and has everything you need. If you want to cook, you can borrow a pot from the front desk, but it's just a simple oven or microwave without an open flame. The floor-to-ceiling windows can only be opened a crack, but it is good for some ventilation. The air conditioner heats up very quickly, and the humidifier is also very powerful. I even gave a small gift when I checked out, which was very thoughtful~

The service industry has a smile: good attitude, and free coffee and breakfast in the lobby! The river next to it has clear water and a good environment. The parking lot is ¥15 per night and is very cheap. This hotel is worth recommending.

It's pretty good, but I paid an extra tax of 800yen when I arrived at the store, which is not available in other hotels I stayed in these days. (Alipay can be used) The room is relatively small, but the bath is really comfortable. I feel that the water pressure in the Japanese bath is so strong! Apart from the small size, there is nothing bad about it! And there is free bread and juice to eat and drink in the morning! Disinfectant wipes were also given when leaving!

The price/performance ratio is very low, the location is inconvenient, the room is small, there are no facilities, and the price is expensive. It's just a B&B but charges the price of a high-end hotel
