整體很乾凈，房間也還算大。唯一不理解的是大床房是兩個床墊拼在一起，裏面既不能合起來，會有條縫，也不能徹底拉開，兩個床墊高低還有些不同。不是很舒服，其他都狠狠

A lovely hotel with a mix of modern and traditional style. The room was very comfortable and the amenities provided were nice. If you love matcha, they have the matcha set in the room where in you can make you own matcha drink. The hotel is nearby train station and convenient store. They also have DIY laundry inside the hotel and a pantry. It’s really an amazing stay in this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends and stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

酒店位置在一個鬧中取靜的地方，周圍是日本人的居住區，一進門簡直就是驚喜。
和我們大阪的酒店相比房間大了不少，非常的日式，樓下還可以泡湯，因為到酒店已經很晚了，這次也沒來得及享受，下次一定還要住在這裏，太喜歡了！
酒店還有pola防曬用品提供，洗漱用品自取哦~

非常喜歡這家酒店，有大浴池，離鴨川也近。酒店的大門正對着，川端康成的小説《古都》裏提到的200多年歷史的豆腐店湯波半。離地鐵站也近。

Our stay was good. A room was compact, but comfortable enough. A hotel is located next to subway and bus stations, so it is quite easy to reach any places you need. Nishiki market is a 10 min walk away. You will find there a lot of stores and places to eat. If you love coffee, visit Blue bottle caf

Excellent hotel! The staff are lovely, the room was spacious and clean and the beds were the most comfortable of our stay. Lovely selection of amenities and the onsen was really nice too. We also enjoyed the Geisha show and free umbrellas when it rained. Highly recommend a stay here!

I chose your property based on its reputation for quality and elegance. However, I was very disappointed to find that the bathroom had a persistent sewage odor, which unfortunately makes the entire room smell unpleasant. Even the corridors smell.
I made a formal complaint so they could do something about it but I was ignored. Twice.
The service was terrible, the hotel had no ammenities and the room is not as nice as the pictures. The windows are covered from the outside, so you dont get to have any kind of view.
