Room seems to be smaller than expected.
Location is acceptable as 15mins walk to Kyoto station.
Restaurants selection nearby has limited selection.
Breakfast is good even though it does not much options while free dinner provided by the hotel only has 2 choices : curry pork or sauced pork which is expected to be inferior to outside restaurants.
Hotel also provided onsen but I did not go there to enjoy.
Parking at hotel will charge you ￥1650 (1600-1000) but I found a parking lot at 2 mins walk only cost ￥300-400(2000-0800).

The hotel is located not far from Kyoto train station. Breakfast and dinner are included in the stay. The bathroom, as well as the room itself, is very small. The beds are very hard. However, for such a low price, it's a pretty decent hotel.

Food is not great but its included in the price so cant really complain. We booked a room with 2 single beds but got a double and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable but they fixed when we complained. Rooms are tiny but i think thats a japan thing. Short walk to subway and 15 mins walk to main train station. Overall OK

The hotel is not too bad.
It is very busy.
If using the spa and sauna expect it to be very busy too.
Breakfast was crazy busy, like 10 McDonald’s crammed into 1 room.

Really economical option for the sakura season with private rooms and bathrooms, relatively near kyoto station and karasuma line.

Exceeding expectations with a dinner provided, nd excellent washing machine and drying facilities. However, bed quilt seems too small, and bed sheet not spread out properly. Though very good otherwise, I didn't have a good sleep!
