Simple and compact, it is suitable for one person's business or travel. It is a good choice if you don't require too many details of facilities. Booked for a friend. During the busy Chinese New Year period, rooms were still available for temporary reservations and the price was very reasonable.

Good price and location! Also, it was great that breakfast was included! I'm a Kyoto resident, but I'd love to go there again when I'm busy with training!

Opened in July 2016, accommodates 852 guests, has 4 elevators, and is built like a studio apartment. The lobby is large and the front desk is large. There is an internet corner in the lobby where you can use the PC freely. The public bath and sauna have been canceled to prevent infection, which is a shame. A bright and spacious room with a single bed and a 180cm long sofa. All lights except for the toilet can be turned on/off using the bedside switch. A long shelf (approximately 180cm) with a TV on it and a 50cm x 180cm shelf are convenient for the chairs and windows. There is a refrigerator, pot, and wall clock, but no closet, reading light, or safe. The bathroom, which has a bathtub, toilet, and sink all in one, feels a little small, and there is a step at the entrance. The room price is an amazingly low 3,000 yen (excluding the 200 yen accommodation tax), which includes dinner and breakfast.
