The hotel has an excellent location. The early cherry blossoms were blooming just an 8-minute walk away, which was lovely. It was nice to change into a yukata in the room, and the staff service was top-notch; everyone was very courteous. The pillow was a little uncomfortable for me, but otherwise, it was a great stay!

The hotel was clean, tidy, and quiet. We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied with the daily cleaning. The room wasn't large, but it provided all the essentials for traveling. The hotel is about a 20-minute public transport ride from Kyoto Station, but it's only a 7-minute walk from the subway station.

All the facilities are good. Although the hotel staff are all Japanese, they provide very good service. It is close to the station and the experience is very good.
