Super huge room with all the amenities needed, refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, dryer, microwave, super big bathtub. Good location, 20minutes walk to Nishiki market and Teramachi street. 30minutes walk to Kawaramachi and Gion area.

Most loving and caring service! The staff of the hotel has been most helpful for me to locate a store I had difficulties to find and communicate. The staff made sure that my needs are met and spent much time on communicating locally for me! I’m very grateful! Highly recommend this hotel to all! Very nice location, close to the subway and shopping centers and historical sites.

This property is brand new and very well maintained !!! Loved every bit of this. Also access to transportation is really good. It is a quick walk for shopping/dining.
The premium suite was aswesome !!!

The rooms that were given for 7 people were amazing! Spacious and have a lot of amenities also the staff was accommodating to every need! Will stay here again! One of the best hotel experience I had in Kyoto

Hotel is excellent. Staff was friendly. Wifi was fast and dedicated for each room. The tub was great. Location was convenient as it is essentially on top of subway station, with a direct line to the convention center. The only slight drawback is that you are a little ways from the action (about a 30 minute walk or 10 mins on buses). I would definitely stay here again, if visiting the convention center for business.
