Great location, just one subway stop north of Kyoto Station. Nice basic facilities and very clean.

It took some time to check in. There was an error when we checked in. There are no free coffee, which is sad. It was nice inside the room, it was functional but its too small. We needed to walk a mile to go to train and bus station. But It was a good overall experience.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Good location.

Make sure to call in the first time you arrived because the PIN code they gave you doesn't open the door. However, aside from the slight mishap, everything else is fine. The hotel is close to bus stops and the subway stations, and there's Famima and Lawson down the street. I think the best thing about the hotel is the free laundry. There's two washing machines and two dryers, so you may have to share (and the dryer takes a long time complete if you don't use both at the same time), but they're free. There's a generous amount of mangas (in English) near the entrance, so it's definitely a winner for me. If there's another thing I'm uncomfortable with it's that the walls are thin, even by Japanese standards. If you have some rowdy neighbours, you may hear them even in your own room (or especially in the toilet).

A good compact hotel. Walking distance to the metro and to Kurasuma. There is a convenience store nearby and a large supermarket within walking distance, a bus to Kiyomizu. Next to the metro is the Yoshinoya chain with good curry. Minimum communication with staff and guests. There is a laundry and a microwave. You can do the registration yourself. If there is no staff, you can call by phone and the guys will come. There are several hotels of this chain in the area. Check-out is definitely on your own. You can leave your luggage, fastening it with special fasteners (like a bicycle)). I took a room for 4 nights, with 2 separate beds. Cleaning every 3 days. Suitcases fit under the beds. The window opens. Entrance to the building and to the room is by passwords, the location of the numbers changes each time. I liked everything.

Welcome ice cream♡ It was the best! The water server was also appreciated. The room was stylish and clean, and the bathroom was small but easy to use. The manga corner was all in foreign languages. lol It's quite a walk from the center. I love walking so it's fine for me, but since it's a residential area, the scenery doesn't change, so it might be hard for those who don't like walking. If you just look at the service, customer service, and cleanliness, it's 120 points out of 100♪

It takes 7-8 minutes to walk from the exit of the subway station. Someone will help you check in, so you can arrive early to put your luggage. The room is clean and relatively large for Japan. Daily necessities and towels are available in the lobby. If you live on the first floor, it will be noisy because the laundry room is on the same floor.

It is a relatively large and affordable hotel at this price. The location is good and very quiet. You need to pay an additional head tax of 200 yen per person per night.

It's a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. The subway is about 10 minutes away. It's on a residential street so it's very quiet, but unfortunately there are only convenience stores and 24-hour supermarkets nearby.

They were able to accommodate my late check-in. It was very clean and nice and I had a good night's sleep. I would like to use it again.
