Room size was great in contrast to other hotels in tokyo and osaka, very spacious. It is close to bus stop and kyoto station which makes it easier to travel everywhere.

It’s a very quiet place. Yet by walking distance to the kyoto station. Using passcode to enter the hotel and room. Very convenient place to explore to good food around and 711. Overall very satisfied. And the room is spacious.

Budget friendly n no frills. Beware the bathtub is slippery especially for elderly. They don’t provide anti slip mat. Bought own self a slippery mat to prevent accidental falls for elderly in bathtub
