3.5/ 5The sanitation was not cleaned in time, and I didn’t clean up the spare parts and added the accommodation tax bill after staying for three days. I took two people when I traveled. Finally I found the customer service and talked to the store clerk. The last male clerk was very good. The service is not good and the luggage can’t be stored on the day of check-out

Close to Kyoto Station. I want to walk for about 5 minutes. AEON MALL is also on the other side of the track, but I think it will take about 10 minutes to walk. When I first checked in, I didn't know how to enter the hotel, but there was a phone next to the intercom at the door, and I called there to ask for the password. Even at the hotel, I called again and was told to check in. After completing the procedures, your password and room number will appear on the receipt, and you can enter the room. The place to enter the room number is also high-tech, because the number appears when you put your hand on it. The room is big and clean.
