The surroundings are quiet, clean, and tidy. It's close to Toji Station, making transportation very convenient. There are delicious family-style restaurants nearby, a great unagi (eel) restaurant, and a nice shopping complex. Inside the complex, there's a Gundam Base (a huge bonus for Gundam fans!) and many excellent dining options. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience. Given the scarcity of family rooms in Japanese hotels, this is an excellent choice for family travel!

The location is near to bus stops and train station which allowed us to take the bus / train conveniently to all places of interest. It is within a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient stores are within walking distance. Sleeping rooms are in upper floor. Difficult to bring large luggage upstairs. We did laundry and the washing facilities are well equipped. We reached early before check in time and the owner allowed us to keep all luggages inside so that we can continue our sightseeing 👍🏻 We had a broken luggage that needs to be thrown away but we didn’t know how to throw it since Japan has strict rules on garbage disposal. Luckily the owner was kind enough to help us 👍🏻

Amazing place to stay for a family of 5 for us. It is a decent size unit and basically we can find anything we needed. Thanks for the helpful host as host was responsive to our queries since it was our first time in Japan.

The villa is beautifully decorated and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The futons were very comfortable. The host was very kind, left us welcoming gifts and gave us local recommendations. We would gladly return!

The home stay is near to the train station and make going everywhere very. easy. It is very convenient located. The host was very knowledgeable and gives us alot of details of checking in and recommendations around the area The house is a little small and we have enjoyed our stay. Will be good if cleanliness is better.

It's very good, the environment is very clean, and the service is very thoughtful. Our room lacked mosquito coils, and the cleaning staff even went to the supermarket to buy some for us. And it's right next to Toji Temple. I was too lazy to go to Kiyomizu-dera Temple to squeeze in the crowds, so I went here directly to check in 😂😂😂
