The hotel is great! However, the location is a bit of a downside; it's inconvenient to get there with luggage. But for the price, it's manageable. They offer complimentary tea and coffee, and in the evenings, there's even a complimentary drink available.

Great location with lots of attractions nearby. The hotel rooms are incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in Kyoto. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Plus, they offer complimentary drinks and alcoholic beverages – that's a huge bonus!

The service was excellent! They provided all the toiletries you could need, and even offered luggage assistance.

This hotel is more like a guesthouse you'd find in mainland China, with 5 free parking spaces behind it. The room is quite spacious. Kitchenware is provided (just lift the counter next to the bed). You can buy ingredients from a nearby supermarket and make sukiyaki yourself. It's great value for money. It's about a ten-minute walk to the main road, and the BBQ restaurant across the street is absolutely delicious. You can't go wrong with any of their noodles or meat dishes. ***Important Note: If you need to cancel due to an emergency, you must provide proof! (e.g., a friend or family member hospitalized and unable to come).

The facilities are good for the price.

Very satisfied! The room was spacious enough to open two large suitcases, and it even had kitchen facilities! We stayed on the basement floor, right next to the self-service area with several capsule teas and coffees available—very convenient! They also provided comics. The reception area offered bath salts and other toiletries, which was excellent! There were washer and dryer machines on the second floor for only 100 yen each—super cheap and convenient. However, the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Tanbaguchi Station, and there are no convenience stores nearby; you have to buy things at the one next to the station. But there are many great cafes within a 15-20 minute walk! Highly recommended.

I liked the proximity to the subway and bus stop, and it's a 20-minute walk to Kyoto Station. There's a separate laundry room with a machine (300 yen) and a dryer. Free coffee and tea are available in the common area. The room is spacious enough for self-service laundry, and there's a bathtub and separate toilet, which is also convenient. The reception staff is friendly. What I didn't like: the rooms are located on opposite sides, and most face the wall of the neighboring building. There is a window, but it's a meter away from the wall. There's no drying system in the bathroom. Clothes remain damp even with the additional 100 yen dryer.
