Slightly removed from the bustling Kyoto city center, this hotel is conveniently located near the Kamo River, perfect for a walk or a jog. It's also close to a subway station, making it a peaceful and accessible place to stay.

Room smaller than expected although named “King Room”, just slightly bigger than normal double room. Parking costs JPY 1000 per night but first come first serve, parking entrance was slightly hard to find.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean and comfortable. And the place is walking distance from the metro. The only disadvantage is that there are no supermarkets nearby, only small stores.

I absolutely love this place! I would recommend getting the room with the private onsen in winter as it’s absolutely lovely. The place is really nice and nestled on the side of a small Forrest. The only downside is we had very noisey people above us, which they would continually stomp around until very late at night.

Very tiny room, barely had any space to put my luggage down, but its expected in Japan. Had to pay a lot of extra fees upon arrival. No facilities at all.

Easy to reach and nice stay

Clean. The location is convenient if u want to go to fushimi inari early in the morning or late night. The staffs are also very kind and helpful

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The open sandwich with white fish piccata and tartar sauce was especially delicious, and I want to eat it again. The reception staff were all very kind.

just great! price, location, cleanliness, staff, services - everything is at a high level! we didn't take breakfast, there was only a welcome drink, the hotel has ice, a washer/dryer, an ironing board.. the room is small but comfortable, the only downsides are little light and only a shower, without a traditional bath

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. Great breakfasts, very friendly staff, nice rooftop view. For the price in Kyoto, a great option.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station. There are several small restaurants nearby, and a Family Mart, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel looks average from the outside, but it is very good inside. The hardware facilities are close to the domestic five-star standard. Although the room is not big, it is OK for Japan. The bed is enough for two adults and one child.
