Hotel is walking distance from the shopping streets. Approx about 500m away from the metro station. Hotel provide luggage forward services, min 1 day for pick up. Amenities at the lobby. Coffee station and smoking area too. Room slightly small but it's very cosy! Comes with bathtub and separate toilet. Will stay here again. Price is affordable too!

Great location! Right in the heart of shopping paradise. Room is spacious and clean, bath and toilet are separated. the only downside is the sound proofing of the room. Could still hear vehicle zooming past in the wee hours and crow calling in the early morning.

The location is excellent. Turn left when you leave the hotel and you're at the Kamo River in about 10 minutes, and Gion in 15 minutes. It's also very close to Kyoto Station; a 203 or 5 bus takes about 15 minutes if there's no traffic. If you turn right when you leave the hotel, there's a Don Quijote, an Ichiran ramen in an alley, and a very affordable conveyor belt sushi place downstairs next to a 7-Eleven. The room was quite spacious with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy at night due to motorcycles racing through the streets.

Amazing location. Literally right next to all the attractions. Very near to the Hankyu station too. Super friendly service and nice and pretty room. Noisy at night but understandable due to the central location. (the hotel did provide earplugs)

I had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect – close to restaurants, shops, and public transport.

Location was perfect and easy to get to everywhere. The hotel is also just next to Nishiki Market so you can be guaranteed to have delicious food anytime. The free coffee at the hotel lobby was a nice warm welcome after a long journey from the airport! And also free umbrellas to borrow if it rains. We booked the Musse Twin room, which was really nice and cosy for my mum and me. The stool in the bathroom was a nice touch, allowed us to sit and shower, but would prefer to have more hanging hooks for our towels and change of clothes!
