Village Kyoto close by Shijo Omiya station

We were able to squeeze 5 people in the room and for the price, location and service of the hotel, it was very affordable and worthwhile. The staff were friendly in explaining things, the public bath was good and the sake testing was interesting. Location is near to the station and there are also lots of food options nearby. That said, the head pillow is a little flat, giving no support to the head.

Hotel was a decent location. Quite close to Heian Jingu. Front desk was unmanned a lot of the times which was inconvenient for when we wanted to drop off baggage early/leave baggage on the morning of check out. Room was tidy and bath was clean. There’s a washing machine but no dryer.

We booked a 6 person rooms and the room was quite spacious since this is Kyoto. Price was somewhat reasonable. Location is near to metro, and we were lucky enough to enjoy the free kimono wearing experience during the sakura season! Staff were friendly as well and they allowed us to check in earlier. Just that little room of improvement can be the washing machine availability in the laundry, which they only offered 3 washing machines and it can be hard to get your laundry. The cleanliness also can improve a bit, with their amenities somehow looks a bit old already.

Location good and convenient, very close to stations. Some restaurants nearby and convenient stores nearby. Room is not very clean need to improve

This hotel has one of the bigger rooms and it can cater to families.Price is also reasonable. The highlight of this hotel would have to be the free flow of sake. I found one that I like but unfortunately have to search for it outside. The hotel does not sell. In the end, I got to know it is a local brewery near Ine. Hence, not readily available anywhere.

Everything good. Just need to be able get the parking lot 🤭
