A great value hotel in a central location. Rooms are cosy and have good amenities. The staff are lovely and helpful. It’s very close to Kyoto station with good transport links for sightseeing. Thank you for a great stay.

The room is clean and big enough for luggage fully opened, we stay at the small building at the back of the main building, it's a bit quite to walk alone at night between 2 buildings, the distance from metro is a but far but walkable.

Good location, good price, nice service and sufficiently large and clean rooms. The bed was also comfortable. The only downside was that the air conditioning and fridge were often noisy at night.

The hotel location is good. Not too close not too far from kyoto station. 7-11 nearby and a restaurant in the same building and the best thing is very close to a bus stop.
In room everything is ok but The firmest pillow I’ve ever encountered is the main downside to me. Staffs can speak english and willing to service.

The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. There are many stores and restaurants around the station. The single room is clean and spacious.

Room is small. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. Location is ok, about 10 to 15 min from kyoto station. My worst complaint is the difficulty to get a good night sleep. The bed is so bad that I get sore and aches during and after sleep. Service is reasonable and amenities are minimal. I also accidentally misplaced my room key and they require a 2000 yen to replace the card key. Hmmmmm..... will not return to this hotel for sure since it is important to have good sleep during vacation.
