The room was very nice and the view was great! The service was also very good, there were Chinese guys in the store, so there was no language problem. The service was considerate!

It is a good location for sightseeing near Cheongsusa Temple. Breakfast was very disappointing for the price. The photo shows the outside view from the room.

It's close to Kiyomizu-dera, so it's easy to get around, and they take care of your luggage. They're very friendly, the facilities are good, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend it.

第三次黎京都，之前都係住日式旅館，今次住東山，雖然有少少遠離地鐵，但係直接係三年板，去清水方便，沒有定餐所以不評價但係相信應該吳錯，酒店外觀好ok，不是歷史不算很久，但好有feel，房間乾淨，個景又靚，可以望八板塔，評價自己為三星有d低調，服務超級好，因為係公司經營，裡面員工服務有水準，三層高沒電梯，可能對老人家有d不方便，其他都沒咩問題，房間不多，10間左右，旺季要早訂

Very bad experience there ! Staff rude and seem doesn’t like foreigner !! Food not good compare to what they offer around. Better go somewehere else in Kyoto… ok too much foreign tourist but better to welcome them more nicer…. And ppl don’t speak english

Fantastic experience Our stay at Kyoto Higashiyamasou was amazing. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were quaint and cosy. The traditional setting was just what we were looking for, a great experience. Overall fantastic would recommend.
