The service is really good, polite and careful, respectful, simply amazing service. Everything is clean. The location is good, close to the subway and Kioto station. Also not far from some tourist places. The room is a bit small but it is normal in Japan hotels. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is good too.

Excellent hotel in Kyoto, with good service. The whole checkin process is smooth. Staff are nice. Next to the hotel, there is a bar with good food and beer.

Love the location, close to the subway and about 1 km. from Kyoto station. Very happy and would recommend.

Location was alright - less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, and about 15min walk from Kyoto Station.
Service was excellent - we were caught in the rain, staff provided us with towels, and umbrellas when we were about to go out. Amenities are also provided at the lobby, appreciate this aspect of sustainability. Rooms were also cleaned everyday.
Price was great, definitely value for money. Would visit again when in Kyoto!

A little distance to walk from Kyoto station with lugguge . Service is good - near quite a few eateries. 5 mins walk to a train station that takes us to other places of interest.

The toilet had a musty odour
Very poor room service
Room service starts at 8am and ends at 10pm
However, we usually come back to the hotel after 10pm such that the room service is just like it doesn’t exist
We stayed for 2 nights but they did not make up our bed, did not refill the tissue paper and the worst of all, they did not refill water for us. These are just basic service a hotel should do!
