Location is ideally situated beside the JR Station. We bought the Haruka Express Ticket and went down Kyoto Station. Hotel interior is bigger than most Japanese hotels. Even the rest room is bigger. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Super worth it. The Kyoto Tower is right beside the hotel. There are nearby malls also. Hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel location is good, just next to Kyoto station. What impressed me most about this hotel is the great service. The first day i lost my camera on taxi, and the front desk staff named Toshihiro Kasamatsu was really nice and helped me contact the taxi company, and i got my camera back the next day. On the last day, i found i left my daughter’s eye contact lences at hotel when i arrived home in china. It’s Andi helped me find the lences out of the trash within one hour and Mayuko Miki helped me with the delivery. Those three staff made me really move, and their kindness, profession and efficiency left me so good impression about this hotel and Japan. No words can express my thanks.

Breakfast buffet included although sadly is only for 2pax instead of all 3pax. Like the sake provided in breakfast. Location is great, very short distance from Kyoto station.

Renovated Hotel in central location next to the train station. However, the room was so tiny that the vanity was just behind the entrance door. We booked for 2 adults and 1 baby and for that there was definitely not enough space.

Location is good. Just 5 mins from JR Kyoto station. Near to bus stations and terminals too. Ideal to use as a Base for day trips nearby. Service is excellence. Forever courteous and helpful

The location is perfect. Almost next to Kyoto station. Friendly staff. The room is clean. The price is reasonable. The breakfast and dinner options are wide and delicious.

The location is strategic, just next door to Kyoto Station which houses Isetan of 12 floors that has this amazing food hall. Also it has Porta Dining so you will never go hungry. The customer service is brilliant and precise. They assisted me with luggage transfer to my Osaka hotel. Next is the room, that is big for Japanese standards. Love the room design with a smart separator to the toilet. So well designed. Breakfast starts at 6.45am. A lovely spread and we got to know how Japanese have for breakfast. The hotel is one of the reasons my stay in Japan is amazing and I would recommend to people who wants to stay here.

I think the hotel is excellent. It’s very conveniently located, very close to Kyoto station. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially the English translator who helps me to understand better.

The location is very good, next to the Kyoto JR Station. Staff is nice and helpful. Just the room air conditioning is not functioning very well.

Excellent hotel to stay in Kyoto. Ease of access to train station and connectivity to all parts of Japan. Highly recommended for stop-over visitors

Stay for 2 night ,overall nice hotel , they don't have free parking but have basement carpark with cap 20000yens per 1day. The room very nice , slight small room if you don't have big luggages , do not have concern. Reception all very helpful. :) A bit tough to walk from bullet train station to the hotel.. best if have guide or route provided before arrived to Kyoto

Overall a 7/10 rating hotel. Location is superb however the services could be enhanced. Good to relook at having a smoother check in and checkout process.

Nice and clean hotel, convenient and near the train station. Food choice is alright but expensive, wifi provided is super slow that you would rather use your own data, overall a great stay and child friendly, there is toiletries provided for children too.
