The location is along the Kamo River, and the room with the view of the Kamo River has the best view in the morning and evening. The subway city hall station and two bus stops are adjacent, so access is good wherever you go.

I didn't eat here without meals, but the room has a bath with a view of the garden, so I could easily take it 24 hours a day. There is also a large communal bath, but it seems that there is an inconvenience of waiting if the timing is bad due to admission restrictions at the corona. The room is clean and spacious with a view of the garden. It was made by a famous garden designer. The location is very easy to use right from the station. It's about a 10-minute walk to Nishiki Market, and it's convenient to go to various places by bus. I was able to enjoy traveling alone.
