The hotel is clean and located in city center, very convenient to move around for the tourist destinations in Kyoto and many restaurants near by. The customer services is very friendly and accommodating.

位置：非常棒。地鐵出來步行5分鐘。門口有各條公交車，往西到二條城，嵐山，往東到四條河原，祗園。非常方便
衞生：很乾凈！
環境：周邊有多家便利店，還有Fresco超市每晚有打折產品特別新鮮。
服務：前台非常熱情，會很禮貌的根據客户的備註安排房間。前台提供一次性洗漱套裝。
設施：房間比東京的酒店大。屋子裡有冰箱，特別適合住多於一晚的人在附近便利店買酸奶果蔬食物等存放。

I’ve book a three nights stay at iBis travelling from Osaka to Kyoto. Despite the check in policy is after 4pm, the staff is very helpful and help me with the luggage storage and early check in.

Rubbish remained on floor after room cleaning! Other than that, good room size and comfortable bath!
