We like the quiet streets along the hotel. The free shuttle service to Kyoto station was convenient but taking the train wasn’t difficult too. We could walk all the way from Gion to the hotel about 20 min walk. Have many nice restaurants around the area. Will definitely stay here again. Love their matcha gaufrette and coffee.

酒店整體都非常超預期，給我的旅程添加了很多很好的回憶。
設施：相對都是比較新的，我看到對殘疾人也是很友好，輪椅之類的都可以無障礙通行。前台也有吧枱座位，也有户外的小花園，很漂亮，晚上還會開取暖燈。
衞生：屬於很乾凈的一類，打掃衞生的服務質量也很好。
環境：很有美感，讓人很舒服。
服務：非常非常好。每個服務人員都很有禮貌很客氣，你有任何問題諮詢都很快響應。如果下次來京都一定還會選擇這家酒店。我

Hotel is clean, but the service is seriously terrible. I am having 3 night stay in this hotel. On my first night check into this hotel, the air conditioning is not working and the environment is warm that I couldn’t have a proper rest. Hence I call and complain to the front desk. They literally can’t communicate well in English and keep asking to wait instead of solving the problem. Besides the service, the location is far away from metro subway station.

Located mins away from train station with shuttle bus provided on hourly basis to Kyoto station (to and fro). Room size is adequate even for family with young kid. Bed is very comfy and my girl love the bathtub. Will definitely recommend for short stay.

Great location! Everything is nearby! The hotel itself is very quiet and cozy. The staff is as friendly as possible. The breakfasts are very tasty! Please take a walk around the hotel. You will be able to see a huge number of interesting places without crowds of tourists. Highly recommend it)
